I work one-to-one with clients around the world on Skype, by phone, or in person. Once we set a goal for the process, we meet weekly initially for 30-90 minutes. Clients finish when they’ve reached their goal, or continue on a less frequent basis until the timing feels right. Typically coaching involves 6-12 sessions, but every client is different. Some clients take only a few sessions. Others reshape or bring out new goals and continue longer. I am willing to continue in the process as long as it remains effective. If either of us feels at anytime that it’s not working, we will discuss it and try to fix the problem or end without obligation.
